In this Belgrade Marathon 2014 video you can see a guy at the point where full marathon and half marathon runners are joining their paths. Everybody must pass him and his only job was to make it rain. He offered a cool down for all the runners and created one of the best moments of Belgrade Marathon 2014. Maybe even the best one.
